Can you feel the life force beginning to thrum in your cells, your blood, the plants and the trees as we approach the Spring Equinox?
As we are pulled towards this years first powerful balance point, I have been thinking about limitations. The ones that we are programmed to believe from infancy, the ones that define our personal reality, our social reality and our 3D reality.
Some of my most profound experiences with nature have made me question how I perceive reality. Through this questioning I began to see my limitations. When I started becoming aware of my limitations I knew that in order to fulfill my souls dream I had to be willing to face my limitations.
In developing awareness of our limitations we can use them as catalysts to propel us even further into limitlessness. We can keep choosing to relax into expansion and eternity.
Facing my limitations has meant examining and observing my thinking patterns, my belief systems and where my awareness is resting every moment. Sometimes it feels like it takes a lot of energy and focus, other times it feels effortless and everything just flows.
Recently I completed a project of editing and putting together a series of videos from a talk I offered with my friend Lori Thomas on December 31, 2017. The talk was titled What Nature Has to Say For 2018.
While revisiting what came through in that conversation it has become apparent to me that it is easier than ever for us to become aware of our limitations and transcend them. There is a grand design unfolding which is the great mystery and Gaia is offering us a compass for our journey if we choose to align with her frequency. Enjoy in-joy!
