Essences are bottles of potent alchemical liquid consciousness
Essences hold the unique energetic imprint (or vibration) of a specific flower or tree infused in pure spring water. The infusion is then preserved with alcohol, glycerin or vinegar and diluted into stock bottles to be taken as drops in a glass of water or directly onto the skin. Essences are gentle yet profound, they are magananimous allies in self-discovery and self-awareness. Essences help us bring all of our seemingly disparate parts into wholeness.
They are akin to the best teachers, guiding us to our innate knowing and wisdom
Ancient Cultures understood that we are made up of many layers of subtle energy fields which are infused with chi or prana, a life energy that animates physical matter within all living beings. These unique energy systems are powerfully affected by our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, intentions and level of spiritual balance as well as by nutritional and environmental factors. A disturbance in the energy fields can lead to stress on the physical body, which lowers resistance to disease.
Essences help us influence our subtle energy fields by addressing certain mental, emotional or spiritual imbalances. They work on the principle of vibrational resonance. Resonance is most easily seen in string instruments, where if a particular note is plucked, other instruments in the same room may start vibrating at the same note. It is the same within ourselves: when the particular imprint or pattern of a essence is introduced into our bodies electrical system this encourages our energy body to begin resonating with that pattern and bring us into alignment. Essences are subtle but their profound ability to shift thought patterns, belief structures and stuck emotional energy should not be underestimated. They help us expand our awareness, shift perspective and stabilize our capacity to be the observer.
Used consistently, essences can have tremendous effects on emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing by catalyzing our consciousness and capacity for self-reflection and self-awareness.
I began my journey with Vibrational Essences in the late 90's when I completed my training with the Flower Essence Society. Over the years I have used them extensively on myself, client and animals. Their subtle yet profound transformational effects never cease to amaze me. They are a gentle non-invasive therapy that is suitable for children, animals, plants, minerals, and living spaces. The possibilities are endless, you are only limited by your imagination.

I started making Luminessences in the early 2000's and each one has been an integral step on my path of self-discovery. Crafting an essence is always a deep alchemical process for me. Frequently I am "called" by a particular plant or substance and then guided to co-create the essence. Often elemental energies, planetary influences and sound are incorporated into the creation of the essence.
It is like a journey that unfolds in which I become an integral player. Oftentimes after the process has finished I realize that something inside of me has undergone a metamorphosis pointing to the qualities of that particular essence.
Each one has shone the light of awareness on certain states in my being that were calling to be brought into unity/wholeness. My hopes are that they offer you the same well lit path into living more fully from your true essential nature.
